-Will there be extra costs if I place an order?
You will only pay the purchase price plus any shipping costs (for delivery to an address).

Your order is not affiliated to any membership. of course it is possible to create an account so your information will be remembered for subsequent orders.
-What is the status of my order?
In the order overview you can always find the current status of your order. Upon any change in your status you will automatically be notified by e-mail.
-What does backorder mean
An item is in backorder if the item is temporarily out of stock. When ordering a backordered product or pre-ordered product, your full order will be shipped once the backordered product is back in stock or the release date has been reached.


-What is the delivery time?
If the order is placed before 21:00 (CET) and you’ve paid with iDeal, Paypal, Creditcard, Mr Cash or Sofort Banking the order will be shipped on the same day. Shipping time can vary depending on your location. Within the Netherlands your package will usually arrive the next business day. For international shipping times we can refer you to PostNL. We offer shipping with and without tracking. Without tracking is cheaper, but could take longer and offers no way of knowing where the parcel is. ‘With tracking’ allow you to follow the parcel online.


All product prices are including VAT but excluding any shipping costs. If you have a reseller account will be displayed excluding VAT.
-How can I pay my order?
